Completed more than 100 medical projects between 1985 - 1999.
These businesses specialized in design/build and construction management of medical outpatient imaging centers, radiation therapy, surgery centers and hospital remodels; principally in the emergency room and radiology departments. Of course this also led to industrial, residential and light commercial projects. These businesses grew to 55 persons and were sold in 1999.
Thereafter Mr. Dill concentrated on the consulting practice. One assignment was PETNET from where he was hired (2001) to build out their need for a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing network. PETNET and CTI sold out to Siemens in 2004 for $1 billion.
Prior to Richard Dill and Associates, Mr. Dill was a sales executive with Elscint, General Electric Medical Systems, Baxter International and Burroughs Corporation.
